Stephen Cronkwright, C.R.M., has almost 20 years experience in the field of Records Management. After a number of years as a Process and Productivity Improvement Consultant, he specialized in Records Management, working as a Records Analyst, Consultant, Project Manager, and Director of Consulting.
Throughout his career, Stephen has managed, developed, and implemented a wide variety of Records Management projects, in various industries, across North America.
Stephen is also a former author and editor of "FileLaw", a Records Management trainer, and a speaker at meetings of various industries and Record Management associations.
Richard Loranger, M.A., C.R.M., started his career in Records Management by working for the government in a number of progressively responsible positions. He moved on to become a Senior Records Analyst with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and later to start his own Records Management consulting company, Holograph.
Although successful in working as an independent consultant for several years, he eventually accepted the challenge of expanding his expertise by joining an established Records Management consulting firm. This gave him the opportunity to work as a consultant for clients from varied industries and from all over North America.
Richard is also a Records Management trainer and course developer, and has held the position of Director of Education on the Board of the Toronto Chapter of ARMA.
